Enquiries and agreements
This website provides information and an enquiry form; it has no checkout or automatic service booking. An enquiry creates no service contract or payment obligation. Chat management, automation, social media management and launch support can be agreed individually or in combination. Before work starts, the written agreement must define tasks, accounts, coverage and availability, permissions, fees and applicable taxes, invoicing, authorised expenses, duration, cancellation and handover. No universal package, exclusivity, minimum term or revenue split is imposed by these website terms.
Content and accounts
Creators retain their rights in their content and accounts and provide the material and permissions needed for the agreed work. Content production, filming and photography are not included. Delegated access, messaging and automation must follow each platform’s rules; identity checks and actions reserved to account holders remain theirs. We do not promise round-the-clock coverage unless expressly agreed. The services agreement must define approval of posts and messages, access controls, confidential information and how access is removed at the end.
Network promotion
Network presence and Featured promotion at no extra charge are limited to the channels, materials, duration and conditions expressly included in your proposal. They are not a certification, independent verification or guarantee of results.
Results and costs
We do not guarantee earnings, audience or growth. Prices are individually agreed. Advertising, tools and other extra costs must be expressly agreed before they are incurred.
Website use
Do not use the website to send unlawful information, material involving minors, spam or unauthorised third-party data. Do not interfere with its operation. Website text and design do not grant a commercial reproduction licence.
Legal rights
These terms govern website use and do not replace a services agreement. They do not exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contract terms, governing law and dispute arrangements will be defined in the relevant agreement.
Consumer rights and complaints
If you contract as a consumer, applicable statutory rights, including any cancellation rights and pre-contract information requirements, are preserved. Any request to begin work during a cancellation period must be dealt with under the applicable rules in the services agreement; submitting an enquiry does not waive those rights.
